    Prefer training solo? Sweatshop’s open gym has you covered. Our spacious gym floor is a stand-alone training oasis stacked with tons of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment for every individual training style.


  • RECOVERY

    A sesh with Sweatshop’s recovery facilities is the perfect way to balance out a hard-hitting week in the gym. Armadale can currently access recovery facilities at Collingwood and Geelong

  • REFORMER PILATES

    Sweatshop’s accessory sessions — like Reformer Pilates — offer members a change in tempo throughout the week. Complimentary to the group training program, you can move your body with variety and intention, right here under the one roof.
