We have two memberships. Full Access gives you unlimited Group Training and Sculpt classes, plus Open Gym and Recovery. Open Gym gives you access to Open Gym and Recovery. Both memberships include all three Sweatshop locations.

All bookings must be made via the app. To book, you must be a Sweatshop member, have a valid pass/pack, or hold an active intro offer. All sessions become available to book 7 days prior to their commencement. text goes here

If you’re new to training and don’t know where to start, we recommend attending a resistance session on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday first.

We have three locations. Armadale at 863A High St, Collingwood at Level 4/222 Hoddle St, and Geelong at 44 Ryrie St.

All of our gyms are open from 5:00 am -9:00 pm, 7 days per week.

Yes, absolutely. Our Open Gym spaces are fully equipped for solo training and are available to use at all times.
