2. Choose how you want to train — with a 1-off package, or ongoing membership (listed below) — and we’ll be in touch to set you up within 24 hours.
3. Then, you’re set to TRAIN FREE until the challenge kicks off on JAN 20.

*THE FINER DETAILS: Our free training offer is ONLY available for newcomers to the Sweatshop community. That is, people who have not previously signed up for a group training membership.

Option 2 — Weekly Membership from 20.1.25 — is an ongoing membership with a 12 week minimum term from first payment. This membership will default to Sweatshop’s membership T&C’s after the12-week training block.
No refunds are permitted for Option 1 or Option 2.

As a Sweatshop Group Training member or trialer, you’ll be encouraged build a strong, capable body that performs at its best, No matter where you’re currently at in your fitness journey.

YOU set the precedent for how you want to train at Sweatshop, and the goals you want to reach. 

Our weekly strength and conditioning program looks like this:
MON, WED, FRI = Resistance Training
TUES + THURS = Conditioning + Reformer Pilates
WEEKENDS = Hybrid Training

Sweatshop Geelong is the home of group training, a separate open gym, and recovery facilities.
ALL Group Training members are granted unlimited access to all Sweatshop facilities.
